A CELEBRATION & BLESSING OF PITTSBURGH EDUCATORS will be hosted by Trinity Cathedral on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 11:00am. Please come and share in this special ecumenical service to bless our area educators and those who work with and support them. The Rt. Rev. Dorsey McConnell, Bishop of Pittsburgh, will be our worship leader.

We hope this joyous service will become an annual ritual for all local educators, students, families, and congregations. The Celebration & Blessing of Pittsburgh Educators is sponsored by Trinity Cathedral and The Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh, in collaboration with: Christian Associates of Southwest Pa; First Presbyterian Church; First Evangelical Lutheran Church; Smithfield United Church of Christ; The Church of the Holy Cross-Homewood; and Beth Hamedrash Hagadol-Beth Jacob Congregation.

Light refreshments will be available after the service-a wonderful time for fellowship and to thank our area educators in person!

Trinity Cathedral is located in Downtown Pittsburgh at 328 Sixth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 and is accessible via public transportation through numerous Port Authority of Allegheny County bus and light rail routes.
